Our client is an established multinational industrial manufacturer with operations across the Asia-Pacific region, providing manufacturing and project-based solutions for electrical and infrastructure applications.

Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and investment evaluation.
  • Manage funding, banking relationships, treasury, cash flow and financial risks.
  • Oversee the financial performance and governance of international subsidiaries.
  • Lead consolidated reporting, public filings, external audits and SOX internal controls.
  • Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board, Audit Committee and investors.
  • Strengthen cost control, working-capital management and business-performance reporting.
  • Lead the finance organisation across accounting, treasury, tax and internal controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15 years of progressive finance, accounting, audit or corporate-finance experience.
  • Previous experience as a CFO, Finance VP, Finance Director or equivalent.
  • Background in multinational manufacturing, industrial groups or publicly traded companies.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, with exposure to U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX.
  • Experience in financing, capital markets, board reporting and international subsidiary management.
  • CPA, AICPA or CFA qualification is preferred.
  • Fluent English with strong strategic, commercial and leadership capabilities.
