Our client is a global leading semiconductor materials company with a strong international manufacturing footprint, recognised for operational excellence and continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Job Description

  • Support and lead Production and Distribution Planning projects.
  • Drive planning system enhancement and optimisation aligned with global transformation initiatives
  • Establish and continuously improve global planning standards, playbooks, and master data governance
  • Develop KPIs and partner with COE teams to assess supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years manufacturing planning experience
  • Strong system expertise required; experience with IBP, RCCP, and Order‑Based Planning preferred
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and planning standardisation
  • Experienced in influencing global stakeholders, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
