Our client is a global technology leader providing advanced manufacturing and precision dispensing solutions to semiconductor, electronics and industrial customers worldwide. Due to continued business growth, they are expanding their technical support team in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Support equipment installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for field issues
  • Work closely with customers to ensure equipment performance and uptime
  • Conduct equipment validation and operational testing
  • Deliver customer training and technical guidance
  • Support product demonstrations and customer evaluations
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams on customer projects
  • Prepare service reports and technical documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor, SMT, electronics manufacturing or equipment industries
  • Experience as a Service Engineer, Customer Engineer, Equipment Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or related role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and support customers across Taiwan
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
