STM Senior System Technical Manager (AI server)

1. Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and manage (including dotted-line reporting) cross-functional R&D teams, including Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Thermal, Software (SW), Quality Engineering (QE), and Manufacturing Engineering teams (STE/MTE), to ensure successful product development.
• Provide technical leadership and professional mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work environment.

2. Client Interaction and Communication

• Communicate professionally and fluently in English with senior technical personnel from customers primarily based in the Americas and Europe.
• Engage in discussions with customers regarding product roadmaps, technology trends, and high-level project status, with the ability to quickly dive into detailed technical reviews when required to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

3. Project Management

• Ensure overall project success across schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including Account Management (AM), Project Management (PM), R&D teams, and factory engineering teams, to manage project resources, budgets, and milestones.

4. Technical Expertise

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the server industry, including AI servers, to support company product and project strategies.
• Ensure the highest technical standards are met throughout server design, testing, and production introduction phases.

5. Innovation and Development

• Drive a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
