Job Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle, from development through high-volume production.
  • Collaborate on defining ATE test strategies, characterization plans, qualification processes, and manufacturing flows.
  • Co-develop test specifications and establish control limits to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Partner on Customer Return Analysis investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct Cost of Goods Sold analysis and drive initiatives to reduce test and production costs.
  • Perform data and yield analysis to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams and OSATs to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product engineering or a closely related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Exensio, Dataconductor, and JAM tools.
  • Solid foundation in device physics and its application in test development.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Familiarity with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and spectrum analyzers is a plus.
