Job Description

  • Develop and execute engagement plans with Thought Leaders and key medical experts
  • Communicate and clarify scientific data, clinical study designs, publications, and congress information in compliance with regulations
  • Support and participate in advisory boards and scientific congresses while gathering medical and competitive insights
  • Serve as the primary contact for Investigator-Initiated Research (IIR), facilitating study setup and internal coordination
  • Support Medical Advisors and Market Access teams in scientific presentations and decision-making discussions
  • Act as an internal scientific resource within the therapeutic area or product line and participate in cross-functional projects
  • Manage multiple medical projects with strong execution and accountability

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred)
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; experience as an MSL, in clinical research, or in a medical role is a plus
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial design and scientific rationale
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in scientific data analysis, insight generation, and academic or scientific writing
