Job Description

  • Lead thermal design and optimization for air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems.
  • Drive thermal architecture decisions using simulation, analysis, and validation.
  • Develop and execute thermal testing plans with strong simulation-to-measurement correlation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, suppliers)
  • Research emerging cooling technologies and mentor junior engineers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in thermal engineering with expertise in both air and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in high-power electronics or server-related environments.
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions within global cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in thermal simulation tools and capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Able to influence product design through analysis, validation, and engineering judgment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development.
