This role focuses on the design and development of analog/mixed-signal ICs for power management applications, including DC/DC converters, LDOs, and charge pumps. The engineer will lead circuit-level design, verification, and evaluation, working cross-functionally to bring high-performance products from concept to production.

Job Description

  • Design analog/mixed-signal circuits from transistor level to system-level simulation, including DC/DC, Charge-Pump, LDO, Bandgap, and Amplifiers.
  • Collaborate with product definers and business managers to assess feasibility and define product specifications.
  • Supervise layout to ensure design integrity and functionality.
  • Perform mixed-signal design verification and implement DFT methodologies.
  • Characterize and evaluate ICs, and support test engineering for production release.
  • Ensure robust design for manufacturability and yield optimization.

The Successful Applicant

  • MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 7+ years of industry experience in analog IC design.
  • Hands-on experience with BiCMOS/CMOS technologies and power circuit blocks such as DC/DC, LDO, Charge-Pump, Bandgap, and AMP.
  • Strong understanding of device physics and fabrication processes.
  • Proficient in transistor-level design, simulation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with mixed-signal verification and DFT design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
