Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies to improve commercial performance.
  • Design, monitor, and optimize sales KPIs to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Streamline sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver sales training programmes to strengthen capabilities, product knowledge, and execution excellence.
  • Establish performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on key commercial initiatives.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive programmes.
  • Drive CRM adoption and leverage sales technologies to improve data quality, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of commercial strategies and business objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen sales effectiveness initiatives.
  • Manage budgets related to commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and local governance requirements.
  • Lead and mentor team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and sales productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and market trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
