Job Description

  • Lead signal integrity efforts and collaborate with customers, product development, marketing, and sales teams
  • Provide technical expertise to support high-speed interconnect solutions and resolve complex customer challenges
  • Perform channel simulations and system-level analysis for interfaces such as PCIe and Ethernet
  • Develop SI strategies for pin mapping, routing optimisation, and PCB layout improvements
  • Design, build, and evaluate test platforms for next-generation products
  • Conduct measurements and debugging using tools such as TDR and VNA
  • Stay up to date with emerging specifications and technologies, translating them into practical customer solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to strengthen team capabilities



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in signal integrity measurement and debugging with TDR, VNA, or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity with SI simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, SIwave, or ADS
  • Strong understanding of time-domain and frequency-domain analysis, including calibration methods
  • Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g. PCIe, Ethernet) is highly desirable
  • Programming skills in Python or MATLAB are advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with external customers
  • Leadership experience or mentoring capability is a plus
