Job Description

  • Design high‑power, high‑density server PSU architectures
  • Perform circuit, magnetic, and thermal design analysis
  • Support schematic and PCB layout with CAD engineers
  • Run power simulations and generate technical reports
  • Support AI server and cloud power applications
  • Track project schedules and technical milestones
  • Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation
  • Execute bench tests and ATE validation independently
  • Capture waveforms during all design stages
  • Maintain BOMs and design documentation
  • Prepare design review minutes and compliance documents
  • Support component sourcing and technical evaluation
  • Work with PM, factory, and global support teams
  • Join technical calls with customers and suppliers
  • Provide production and field technical support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years in switching mode power supply design
  • Strong experience in server power supply R&D
  • Hyperscale or cloud server experience preferred
  • Proficient in Simplis, PSIM, Mathcad, or ANSYS tools
  • Solid power electronics and bench debug skills
  • Firmware knowledge is a plus
  • Able to work independently with sound judgement
  • Strong project planning and organisation skills
  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication
