This role focuses on developing and validating test solutions for power IC products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product introduction and continuous improvement throughout the production cycle. The position involves both technical execution and analytical problem-solving.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement multi-site ATE hardware and test programmes across established platforms
  • Execute temperature characterisation and reliability evaluations for IC products
  • Analyse test data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with design, process, and application engineers to enhance product performance
  • Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues
  • Contribute to documentation and test flow optimisation for mass production

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing or relevant engineering roles
  • Familiar with ATE systems such as Teradyne ETS series or ACCO platforms
  • Knowledge of power IC testing (e.g., PWM controllers, DrMOS/SPS, eFuse) is advantageous
  • Strong data analysis and root cause investigation skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in English for basic communication in a technical environment
