Job Description

  • Perform on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for industrial motor systems
  • Identify equipment or process issues and provide technical analysis with corrective recommendations
  • Work closely with customers on-site to improve operational performance and resolve pain points
  • Prepare service materials, parts planning, and ensure execution quality
  • Collaborate with global teams and foreign engineers for technical support and knowledge exchange
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations across different industrial environments
  • Support long-term service agreements and contribute to service business development

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment engineering
  • Strong hands-on capability in motor, rotating equipment, or electromechanical systems
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments and handling on-site service tasks
  • Experience working with cross-functional or international teams is a plus
  • Background in Electrical / Mechanical / Marine / Automotive / Mechatronics or related fields
  • Basic English communication ability
  • Holds relevant licenses (e.g., OHS, crane, driving license)
