Job Description

  • Plan, execute and evaluate marketing activities for the assigned brand, including channel and distribution-related initiatives
  • Review ongoing marketing programmes, track performance and make adjustments where needed
  • Work with analysts to review market data, understand key customer segments and identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure marketing plans are clearly communicated and well executed
  • Support the development of product packaging, promotional materials and brand presentation
  • Contribute to overall brand strategy across different market settings, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
  • Project Management Capability: Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Data‑Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with market data, insights and research to support decision‑making and strategy development
  • Marketing Exposure: Experience in consumer and/or managed markets marketing or strategy roles, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Commercial Understanding: Exposure to sales or sales leadership, with an understanding of how marketing supports commercial execution
  • Brand Development Experience: Experience working on emerging brands or in developmental roles, from strategy through execution
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of pharmaceutical product development and commercialisation processes
  • Local Market Awareness: Familiarity with the Taiwan healthcare environment and market dynamics
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across functions and with external partners
