Job Description

  • Lead the overall management of the Oncology product group, covering brand strategy, product promotion, business performance analysis, competitive landscape, and financial results.
  • Design and execute customer- and patient-centric marketing strategies, including integrated campaigns, omni-channel initiatives, and high-quality promotional materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure effective budget planning, deployment, and expense monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other critical stakeholders within the therapeutic area.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales force materials and training, enabling the field team to communicate product value confidently and effectively.
  • Support new product launch activities, from positioning and resource planning to cross-functional coordination and brand team leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid professional background in Oncology, with a good understanding of market dynamics, policy environment, customer insights, market access, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in new product launches, including brand positioning, strategic planning, and collaboration across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience with self-paid medicines, covering pricing strategy, channel management, financial modelling, advocacy, and value proposition development.
  • Familiarity with specialty-based selling models, and a strong appreciation for agile, customer-centric, and medically driven promotional approaches.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare-related industries.
  • Experience or strong interest in GI cancer or Hematology is highly preferred.
