Job Description

  • Lead and define overall sales strategy for key accounts and modern trade channels
  • Manage senior-level relationships with strategic partners (TK3C, Carrefour, Costco, PX Mart, etc.)
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Drive category growth, assortment planning, and promotional strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Work closely with regional/global teams to align strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing large retail accounts (electronics, FMCG, or related industries)
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive growth in complex retail environments
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
