This role leads global Quality & Reliability Assurance, driving end‑to‑end quality strategy, from product design (quality upfront) to manufacturing and customer engagement. It also builds a scalable quality management system while representing the company to Tier‑1 international clients.

Job Description

  • Define and implement global quality strategy aligned with customer standards and brand expectations
  • Drive "quality upfront" integration via DFM, PFMEA, Control Plans, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Represent the company as the primary quality interface to international Tier‑1 customers
  • Build and mature a global QMS with strong governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
  • Lead cross‑regional teams to stabilise operations, resolve risks, and elevate organisational quality capability



The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15 years of experience in quality or reliability, ideally in precision engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong background supporting international Tier‑1 customers with cross‑functional leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of quality tools, data analysis, and engineering processes (e.g., CNC, surface coatings)
  • Proven ability to handle high‑pressure decision‑making and organisational alignment
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills and international exposure
