This position is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery for warehouse automation solutions in Taiwan. You will manage projects from planning through to execution and go-live, working closely with customers and regional teams

The company operates across multiple regions including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, and works with leading enterprises across e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing industries.

Job Description

  • Lead full lifecycle project management including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Work closely with customers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams and external vendors
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
  • Provide onsite support and handle technical troubleshooting when needed
  • Manage vendor and contractor performance

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in system implementation, automation, or engineering environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solid technical understanding
  • Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel across Taiwan
  • Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in English
