This role focuses on managing overseas NPI projects, acting as the key bridge between customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing. You will drive product introduction, oversee BOM control, and support quotation and cost analysis to ensure successful product launches.

Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for overseas customers during NPI phases
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product introduction
  • Manage BOM structures, changes, and cost control throughout projects
  • Support quotation processes and perform cost analysis for new products
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams on PCBA and box-build processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong English communication skills for professional client interaction
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships in a technical setting
  • Solid background in BOM management and engineering concepts
  • Familiarity with quotation processes and cost evaluation methodologies
  • Experience in NPI, PCBA, or box-build manufacturing is advantageous
