Job Description

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies across Hyper, Super, Costco, CVS, PX Mart, and e-commerce platforms
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with key retail partners to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Manage trade promotions, pricing strategies, and in-store execution excellence
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Build and lead distributor or field sales teams where applicable
  • Drive digital commerce growth and omni-channel integration



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record managing modern trade and key accounts
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan retail landscape (Hyper, CVS, PX, Costco, EC)
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
