Job Description

  • Prepare regular revenue, order trend, cost, and expense forecasts to support business visibility and management decision-making.
  • Develop monthly management reports and financial analysis, including variance analysis, business commentary, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and business planning processes across different functions.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance by product line, customer segment, region, and business driver.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to track key performance indicators, identify business risks, and support improvement actions.
  • Provide analysis on receivables, cash flow, and working capital to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support month-end activities, management presentations, regional review materials, and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Ensure finance processes and reporting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancement, and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen finance business partnering capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, management accounting, or related finance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, cost analysis, variance analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, and financial reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work with commercial, operations, and regional stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, logical, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with overseas teams.
  • Experience in multinational companies, B2B businesses, technology, electronics, industrial solutions, or regional finance environments would be a plus.
