Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all hiring activities.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on recruitment best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
