Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Confidential HRD should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
