This role is responsible for full-spectrum accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, tax, audit support, and financial compliance.The position also partners closely with regional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and ERP system enhancement projects.

Job Description

  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare reconciliations, accounting schedules, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with TW GAAP, US GAAP, and internal control requirements
  • Support tax filing and statutory reporting processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit teams for SOX and statutory audits
  • Participate in ERP enhancement and accounting system testing projects
  • Support ad hoc finance and accounting assignments

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within multinational companies
  • Solid knowledge of TW tax regulations, TW GAAP, and US GAAP
  • Familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Good English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • CPA qualification is a plus
