Job Description

Strategic & Brand Leadership

  • Define and execute the long-term marketing strategy for the franchise, aligned with business objectives and global/regional direction
  • Lead brand planning, positioning, and differentiation across the product lifecycle
  • Convert market insights into clear strategic choices and executable plans



Customer, KOL & Market Engagement

  • Build trusted partnerships with key customers, KOLs, and professional societies
  • Drive high-quality, insight-led omnichannel engagement strategies and content
  • Work closely with Medical and Market Access to deliver integrated, customer-centric initiatives



Market Access & Pricing (Co-Steering)

  • Co-steer access and pricing strategies to support optimal reimbursement and listing outcomes
  • Partner with Market Access, HEOR, and Policy teams to demonstrate value
  • Monitor policy and access dynamics and adapt strategies proactively



Cross-Functional & Regional/Global Collaboration

  • Lead strong collaboration with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, and other functions
  • Serve as the primary local marketing contact for regional and global teams
  • Ensure effective localization of global strategies while elevating local insights to shape regional/global plans



Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop marketer(s), setting clear priorities and expectations
  • Build an engaged, high-performance team culture
  • Drive performance management, feedback, and development planning



Business, Compliance & Innovation

  • Own the P&L, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined resource allocation
  • Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and support forecasting and scenario planning
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations, codes, and internal policies
  • Champion innovation in strategy, content, and channels

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' experience as a Brand Manager in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
  • Vaccines or consumer healthcare experience
  • Strong track record in brand and lifecycle management
  • Experience working with KOLs, hospitals, or public health stakeholders
  • Exposure to market access, pricing, reimbursement, or tender processes
  • Experience collaborating with regional and/or global teams
