Job Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in defining and localizing brand identity, messaging, and positioning to resonate with target audiences and stand out in competitive retail environments.
  • Translate commercial goals, annual plans, and budgets into comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, including creative direction, communication strategy, and channel mix.
  • Lead the evolution of marketing operations by embedding AI tools into daily workflows. Streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative scalability while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Build and manage a high-performing, agile marketing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on AI literacy and innovation to empower next-generation marketers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across digital, PR, KOL/influencer, social media, trade marketing, out-of-home (OOH), and events. Utilize AI to enhance execution quality and efficiency, including creative prototyping and performance optimization.
  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets strategically to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets. Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize performance.
  • Partner closely with the Brand and Channel Growth Team, as well as retail partners, to ensure marketing initiatives effectively drive conversion and align with sales objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, including at least 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity and creativity, and a clear perspective on its impact on FMCG marketing.
  • Experience in FMCG and/or beauty/retail industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Asian beauty trends (Korean, Japanese) and familiarity with media and influencer landscape.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand concepts into impactful, sales-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
