Job Description

  • Define and drive end-to-end market access strategy (Pricing, Reimbursement, HTA)
  • Lead policy shaping initiatives to influence healthcare frameworks and access environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, payers, and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management
  • Translate policy trends and healthcare reforms into actionable business strategies
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing market access team
  • Drive innovative pricing and access models (e.g., value-based agreements, risk-sharing schemes)

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong experience in market access or pricing & reimbursement
  • Proven track record in policy advocacy and policy shaping
  • Deep understanding of HTA processes, payer systems, and healthcare decision-making frameworks
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence capabilities
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
