About Our Client

The company specializes in power and liquid cooling solution for AI servers, HPC platforms, and data center environments. Its solutions include Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), rack-level liquid cooling systems, and thermal infrastructure designed to support the increasing power demands of next-generation computing platforms.

Job Description

  • Lead the development of CDU and liquid cooling products from design through production.
  • Define thermal and mechanical design strategies to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Manage and mentor engineering teams while driving technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on product development and system integration.
  • Support technology roadmap planning and continuous innovation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in thermal or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience developing CDU, liquid cooling, or server cooling products.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal management, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and cooling system design.
  • Leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex product development programs.
  • Experience supporting AI servers, HPC platforms, or data center infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
