We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business within key drugstore accounts including Watsons, Cosmed, and POYA.

Job Description



Account Management & Business Growth

  • Own and drive sales performance across Watsons, Cosmed, and POYA
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) with key customers
  • Achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets



Negotiation & Commercial Execution

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings, and trade terms
  • Secure optimal shelf space, displays, and visibility
  • Ensure strong execution of promotional activities and campaigns



Promotion & Activation Planning

  • Plan and execute channel-specific promotions aligned with brand strategy
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Drive seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and key account activations

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in key account management and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan's retail landscape (especially Watsons, Cosmed, POYA)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
