This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced automated logistics systems at client sites across Northern Taiwan. You will act as the frontline technical expert ensuring system reliability and operational continuity.

Job Description

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ASRS, sortation, and fulfilment systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues on-site
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams and client-side stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotation and standby support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or automation systems
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (electrical/mechanical)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Basic English proficiency for manuals and communication
  • PLC (Siemens S7) or SCADA experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Taiwan and support on-call duties
