Job Description

  • Develop new business opportunities across integrated logistics solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate with operations and product teams.
  • Understand customer supply chain requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve new business targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, contract logistics, or transportation solutions.
  • Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and business-level English.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities and enterprise accounts.
