Lead and drive the company's IT strategy across infrastructure, security, enterprise systems, and SAP ERP to ensure scalable and secure operations.At the same time, spearhead AI transformation by introducing generative AI and intelligent automation to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.

Job Description

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Design and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability
  • Oversee daily IT operations and system performance optimization
  • Manage hardware/software procurement and vendor relationships



Information Security & Compliance

  • Establish and strengthen enterprise security architecture (Firewall, EDR/MDR, DLP, etc.)
  • Lead ISO 27001 implementation, audits, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk management



Application Systems Development

  • Lead development of enterprise systems (EIP, BPM, MES, CRM, PLM) aligned with business needs
  • Drive system integration and data interoperability across platforms
  • Own SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud ERP management and user support



AI Application Development

  • Evaluate and introduce generative AI technologies (LLMs, Agents)
  • Lead development of internal AI agents to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Implement AI solutions using tools such as Claude, Gemini, and MCP to integrate enterprise data
  • Build executive-level AI dashboards for data visualization and decision support

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and information security
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and ERP/enterprise applications
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is highly preferred
  • Hands-on or strategic experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Agents)
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional project management capability
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or other security certifications are a plus
