Our client is a listed manufacturing group with operations across Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

With ERP already implemented across all sites, the company is now entering a critical phase of optimization, aiming to improve data accuracy, process consistency, and system usability.

Job Description

  • Own and optimize T100 ERP across multiple sites
  • Improve process consistency, data accuracy, and system adoption
  • Identify gaps in current workflows and drive system enhancements
  • Collaborate with business teams to refine operational processes
  • Support regional IT governance and cross-site coordination
  • Gradually take on broader IT leadership responsibilities
  • Manage vendors and internal stakeholders when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on experience with T100 ERP (must-have)
  • Experience in ERP optimization, rollout, or process improvement
  • Background in manufacturing environments preferred
  • Experience leading small teams or project groups
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system alignment
  • Able to balance hands-on execution and stakeholder management
