職務說明

Own end-to-end production test systems for advanced hardware products.
Drive manufacturing quality, yield, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product engineering, suppliers, and CM partners.
Gain exposure to NPI, production scaling, embedded systems, automation, and secure manufacturing processes.
Experience integrating fixtures, instruments, devices, databases, traceability platforms, and factory systems.

理想的應徵者

5+ years of experience developing automated manufacturing test systems for high-volume hardware products.
Strong Python programming skills for automation, test development, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience supporting products from NPI through mass production and sustaining.
Solid understanding of embedded systems and working knowledge of C programming.
Experienced in integrating test equipment, fixtures, factory systems, and traceability platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiar with manufacturing interfaces and instruments such as UART, I2C, SPI, USB, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
Experience working with contract manufacturers in Taiwan and cross-functional global teams.
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
