Our client is a trendy and promising retail group with some iconic retail and lifestyle brands. They are now looking for a General Manager to oversee their business in Taiwan.

職務說明

  • Own full-channel performance (Retail and E-commerce), including revenue, gross margin, and cost control, ensuring achievement of annual P&L targets set by headquarters
  • Develop and implement annual business plans and quarterly performance targets for Taiwan
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all channels to ensure consistent brand execution and superior customer experience
  • Manage full P&L with strong financial acumen; demonstrate the ability to drive commercial performance while maintaining strict control over expenses and budget allocation
  • Oversee OTB management, inventory efficiency optimization, and sales forecasting to ensure precise resource allocation
  • Evaluate investments and expenses with an ROI-driven mindset; build a lean operation culture across the organization
  • Monitor and analyze Taiwan market trends; develop localization strategies and provide actionable insights to HQ
  • Assess new retail opportunities, including store expansion, site selection, and commercial district potential
  • Strengthen partnerships across channels to maximize profitability and long-term store sustainability
  • Manage key brand partnerships, PR relationships, and strategic accounts
  • Lead retail expansion initiatives with a hands-on approach to store development and channel optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Retail, VM, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, and E-commerce
  • Build a high-performance organization through talent development, succession planning, and leadership hiring

理想的應徵者

  • 12+ years of experience in retail or consumer brand sector, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or general management role
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in driving business growth while maintaining rigorous cost control
  • Growth mindset with high learning agility and resilience
  • Solid hands-on experience in retail operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and integrate cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and HR
  • Business-level English proficiency for effective communication with regional and global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
