職務說明



1. Plant Finance Management

  • Oversee full spectrum of plant financial operations, including cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory control, and production-related financial reporting.
  • Monitor plant KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, cost efficiency) and provide insights to operations leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.



2. New Plant Construction & Investment Projects

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost tracking for new plant construction (CAPEX planning, cash flow forecasting, investment ROI analysis).
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to ensure transparent and accurate financial governance during project phases.
  • Establish long-term asset capitalization, depreciation, and investment monitoring mechanisms.



3. Financial Process & Controls Establishment

  • Design and implement standardized finance processes for manufacturing operations, including internal controls, month-end closing, cost allocation, and reporting frameworks.
  • Set up workflow governance for procurement-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and record-to-report (R2R) cycles.
  • Embed compliance culture and ensure alignment with HQ financial policies and group audit requirements.



4. Cross-country Finance Leadership (U.S. + Global Sites)

  • Provide functional leadership to overseas finance teams, particularly U.S. operations, supporting them in monthly close, taxation matters, compliance, and performance management.
  • Review and consolidate global financial statements, ensuring accuracy and comparability across regions.
  • Drive global standardization of reporting tools, dashboards, and financial metrics.



5. Strategic Business Partnering

  • Support HQ and senior leadership in strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts across multiple regions.
  • Deliver financial insights related to new market entry, pricing models, cost structures, and profitability enhancement.
  • Partner with commercial, R&D, and supply chain teams to evaluate new scientific material portfolios, product economics, and long-term investment decisions.



6. Audit, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Lead internal and external audits at plant and regional levels.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP (depending on entity requirements), tax regulations, and environmental/industrial standards relevant to the scientific materials industry.
  • Strengthen risk management practices for global manufacturing operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive finance experience, including strong exposure to manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and plant operations.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations for new plant setup or large‑scale CAPEX projects.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial systems, and global reporting processes.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with U.S. finance teams is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with full professional fluency in English; ability to collaborate with multinational stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/IFRS-compliant platforms) is a plus.
  • Frequent travel is required for this position.
