Job Description

Support sales teams in customer prospecting, technical qualification, and design-in activities.

Provide technical consultation for copper and optical interconnect applications.

Analyze customer technology roadmaps, industry standards, and emerging trends to recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve technical challenges.

Deliver technical training and develop supporting product documentation and sales materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of FAE, application engineering, or customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, high-speed connectors, cables, and optical technologies.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, backplane design, and hardware development processes.
  • Experience in electronics design, IC packaging, fiber optics, or data communication systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, sales teams, and engineering organizations.
  • Project management experience and established industry relationships are advantageous.
