EPI / PEALD : Director & Process Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Director/ Process Manager to lead customer-facing technology engagement in advanced semiconductor process areas, including Epitaxy, PEALD and related thin-film technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic customer development, and cross-functional leadership to drive technology adoption and business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers and technology partners.
  • Identify emerging technology trends and translate customer requirements into actionable product and business strategies.
  • Act as a technical authority for advanced deposition and semiconductor process technologies.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate technical content that supports internal teams and external customer engagement.
  • Lead initiatives that improve customer experience, technology adoption, and business success.
  • Collaborate with product management, R&D, engineering, marketing, and service teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
  • Drive complex technical projects and executive-level reviews to secure opportunities and maintain trust with customers.
  • Support organisational objectives through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with strong expertise in Epitaxy, PEALD, PECVD, LPCVD, or other advanced thin-film process technologies.
  • Deep understanding of advanced CMOS manufacturing, process integration, materials chemistry, and semiconductor device physics.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and influence technology decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor market trends and customer technology roadmaps.
  • Experience working across global and matrixed organisations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into practical execution plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
