Job Description

  • * Lead electronic design activities including schematic design, PCB development, BOM ownership, and DFM execution.
  • * Manage and mentor a global team of electronic design engineers, providing technical direction and career development.
  • * Drive design standardization, DFMEA practices, and product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and product management.
  • * Partner with customers and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and support future technology roadmaps.

The Successful Applicant

You are an experienced engineering leader with a background in electronic product design, PCB development, component engineering, and manufacturing readiness. You have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and customers. Experience in high-speed connectivity products, signal integrity concepts, data center technologies, or related applications will be highly valued.
