Job Description

  • Integrate AI-based agent systems into semiconductor design workflows (e.g. RTL, verification, physical design)
  • Engage with customers to understand design challenges and propose technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI, EDA, and infrastructure domains
  • Prototype solutions rapidly and build proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Analyse system performance, debug workflows, and continuously improve outcomes
  • Create technical presentations and demos for internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate future applications and contribute to product direction



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in chip design (RTL, verification, physical design, or similar)
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or generative models is advantageous
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset in complex engineering environments
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and handling open-ended challenges
  • Fast learner with adaptability in a dynamic, startup-like environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
