Job Description

  • Lead full lifecycle Data Center development, including site selection, feasibility, design, permitting, and construction execution
  • Manage EPC contractors, consultants, and key external stakeholders (government, utilities, etc.)
  • Drive project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on investment evaluation, technical planning, and go-to-market readiness
  • Oversee technical requirements including power infrastructure, cooling systems, redundancy, and scalability
  • Set up governance structure, reporting cadence, and execution framework

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Center, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial project development
  • Proven experience managing EPC or complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of Data Center fundamentals (power, cooling, redundancy design, Tier standards)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with strong ownership mindset
  • Experience working with investors, funds, or capital partners is a plus
  • Fluent English required
