Job Description

  • Support and monitor customer production environments
  • Troubleshoot Linux, application and system issues
  • Work closely with customers on technical requests and changes
  • Collaborate with global support and engineering teams
  • Perform system upgrades, maintenance and configuration changes
  • Develop scripts to improve operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting production or mission-critical environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
  • Exposure to virtualization, cloud, or container technologies is preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
