Job Description

  • Direct influence on Taiwan's public health landscape, shaping outcomes that benefit a broad spectrum of patients nationwide.
  • Enterprise‑wide strategic scope, covering public affairs, corporate communications, ESG, and governance.
  • High‑visibility stakeholder engagement, representing the company at senior levels with government, medical societies, NGOs, and industry platforms.
  • Multi‑disease pipeline exposure, offering unique opportunities to influence policies and narratives across diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Leadership impact, guiding a high‑performing team and partnering closely with senior executives across functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years in Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, Communications, ESG, or related functions in biopharma or regulated sectors.
  • Proven success influencing policy environments and managing high‑level stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and advising senior executives.
  • Strong background in issues/crisis management, policy shaping, and corporate reputation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Communications, International Relations, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
