Job Description

  • Lead Backplane new product design and development programs from concept to mass production.
  • Manage NPI project execution, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and conduct design reviews and proposal discussions.
  • Drive technical problem-solving for high-speed products throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with global teams and support overseas customer engagements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Backplane, high-speed interconnect, cable, connector, or server-related product development.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed product architecture, signal integrity, and system-level design considerations.
  • Ability to independently lead technical discussions with customers and deliver design proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in NPI, product development, and complex problem-solving environments.
  • Leadership potential with the ambition to mentor engineers and grow into a management position.
  • Prior people management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Background from networking companies, server OEM/ODM manufacturers, or technology brands is highly desirable.
