Job Description

  • Lead overall business unit strategy, operations, and P&L performance
  • Define growth plans, market expansion initiatives, and portfolio strategy
  • Manage product portfolio, pricing, profitability, and commercialization activities
  • Develop global customer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Drive new business development and penetration into high-value applications
  • Partner with R&D to develop and commercialize innovative material solutions
  • Lead sustainability, circular economy, and low-carbon product initiatives
  • Build and develop high-performing commercial and technical teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in polymers, elastomers, specialty chemicals, advanced materials, or related industries
  • Proven Business Unit, General Management, or P&L leadership experience
  • Strong commercial, strategic planning, and business development capabilities
  • Experience managing global customers and international markets
  • Deep understanding of polymer, rubber, elastomer, or specialty material markets
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
