Job Description

  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new growth opportunities in Taiwan, especially in emerging sectors
  • Develop and execute market expansion, customer acquisition, and channel development strategies
  • Target and acquire key accounts across semiconductors, power, chemical and construction sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (end users, contractors, design institutes, distributors)
  • Drive external strategic partnerships and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop flagship projects and translate them into scalable, replicable business models
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to achieve sustainable growth and revenue targets
  • Promote product specifications into design and engineering processes
  • Engage with industry associations and participate in market events to capture insights and opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project-based business within multinational manufacturing companies
  • Industry experience in semiconductors, power, chemical, or related sectors is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management in Taiwan
  • Strong experience in driving product specification approvals with end users and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and execution capability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships
