Job Description

  • Conduct market research and identify high-potential industries for expansion in Taiwan
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, including market entry and channel development
  • Acquire and manage key customers across sectors such as semiconductor, power, chemical, and construction
  • Build long-term partnerships with stakeholders including contractors, design institutes, and distributors
  • Drive strategic collaboration with external partners and integrate internal resources for project delivery
  • Develop replicable business models based on successful flagship projects
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote product adoption into project specifications
  • Participate in industry events to gather market intelligence and identify opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong exposure to semiconductor, power, chemical, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management in Taiwan
  • driving product specification approvals with end users and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
