Job Description

  • Develop and execute service strategies as part of the management team.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure consistent implementation of strategic plans.
  • Manage the unit's P&L and monitor key performance indicators (financials, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
  • Enhance the quality of existing service offerings and develop new service products in alignment with global direction.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership in the area of motion control and motor systems, ensuring service solutions meet customer needs and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in motion control, motor systems, or related industrial automation technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
  • Location: Taipei or Kaohsiung
