This role will lead the Power Business Unit with full accountability for strategy, operations, and financial performance. The BU Head will drive growth in AI server and data center markets while positioning power solutions as a key component of integrated infrastructure offerings.

Job Description

  • Lead the Power Business Unit with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Define and execute business strategy, including go-to-market plans and global expansion
  • Drive business performance across sales, operations, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and grow the power business in AI server and data center environments
  • Identify new opportunities in high-density and rack-level infrastructure solutions
  • Build and expand relationships with server OEM/ODM, cloud, and enterprise AI customers
  • Lead key account strategies, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Position power solutions as part of integrated offerings across compute, cooling, and networking
  • Drive solution-based selling and enhance system-level value (efficiency, performance, TCO)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across server, cooling, and networking domains
  • Provide market input to product roadmap and portfolio strategy
  • Align offerings with industry trends such as high power density and energy efficiency evolution
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams with capabilities in solution selling and strategic account management



The Successful Applicant

  • 15-25+ years of experience in power electronics / power supply industry
  • Proven leadership experience at BU Head / GM / VP / Director level or above
  • Strong P&L management experience in mid-to-large scale businesses
  • Deep expertise in server and data center power solutions
  • Strong track record in global sales leadership and key customer engagement
  • Familiarity with power architectures such as PSU, power shelf, and rack-level systems
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure trends, including high-density and energy-efficient systems
  • Experience working with global customers in server, cloud, or AI ecosystems is preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with business value creation
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrix environments
