Our client is a rapidly growing precision healthcare organization with established capabilities in advanced molecular diagnostics. To support its next phase of growth, the company is investing in mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics, and multi-omics technologies to expand its diagnostic service portfolio

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the multi-omics business strategy.
  • Establish proteomics and metabolomics testing platforms.
  • Lead assay development, validation, and commercialization.
  • Build partnerships with healthcare and life science stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality compliance standards.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Manage operational performance, budgets, and resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • MSc or PhD in life sciences or analytical sciences.
  • 8+ years of experience in mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics, or diagnostics.
  • 3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong background in assay development and validation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, or commercial laboratory operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CAP, CLIA, ISO 15189, or related quality systems is advantageous.
